Interior Redesign
A typical interior redesign involves an in-home consultation; inventory and thorough measuring; a design presentation with layout and budget-friendly furniture and accessory options; rearrangement of existing furniture, art and accessories to create a “new” room; a prioritized to do/shopping list; and referrals to local resources that will save you time and money. A redesign varies in scope depending on your needs and often includes paint color recommendations, professional organizing assistance, advice on buying and creating artwork, and personal shopping.

This varies for everyone, but we’ll teach you strategies for sorting, purging and storing almost every item in your home. The steps are straightforward and easy to maintain. You won’t believe how fast you can straighten your house.
Open House Staging
It’s a buyer’s market in residential real estate. If you’re moving, it pays to consider how your current decor encourages or discourages potential buyers. SpaceLift will help you enhance your home’s interior and exterior in straightforward and cost-effective ways to ensure that your house is as competitive — or more so – than others on the market.
Art and Photo Arrangement
Even after several years, many homeowners haven’t managed to hang much on the walls. SpaceLift can inventory your artwork and photographs, suggest frames and mats if necessary, and help you group and hang them in all the right places. SpaceLift can also offer low-cost ways to buy or create art of your own.
Personal Shopping
Although we encourage our clients to shop on their own or come along with us, we’re available to shop for you. We’ll decide on a budget and propose some initial options so we know where we’re headed before venturing out.
Downsizing Consultations
We can help you decide what to take and what to leave when you transition to a smaller home. Together we’ll identify your favorite pieces and use them to plan a stylish design for your new place. SpaceLift will also suggest attractive, space-saving storage solutions that will help you live large.
Special Event Preparation
If you enjoy entertaining but want your house to look more “put together” when you host a party, SpaceLift can help you create rooms and table settings as welcoming as you are.

Every project stands alone. We custom plan and design spaces based on your needs and resources. After a free, 30 minute in-home assessment, our professional consultants can work with you on an hourly, fixed fee, or pre-paid package basis.
